Organized by the Bloomfield Beautification Committee and with support from the Bloomfield Department of Public Works (DPW) and Division of Public Safety. Participants choose their own location and the Bloomfield DPW drops off and picks up gloves, garbage pickers, bags, rakes, and shovels for the participants to use.
